We're inviting all of you to stay in the rustic cabins on the Ranch. We´re excited to have everyone hanging out with us for the weekend, so we hope you will stay in the cabins.
The Cabins:
The Ranch is a rustic kids camp and has facilities to match. The cabins are simple bunk rooms with single beds (with mattresses) and a shared bathroom facility nearby. There are light bulbs but no electrical outlets in the cabins; we will set up a few power strips in common areas.
What to bring:
If you are staying with us at the Ranch, please be sure to bring:
- Check or cash to pay the Ranch (see below for more details).
- Flashlight or headlamp
- Sleeping bag (please let us know if you have an extra you can bring, or if you won't be able to bring one... we'll find one for you)
- Pillow
- Towel
- Toiletries
Also, please consider bringing:
- Games of any sort, such as bocce or ladder golf
- Tennis rackets, balls, and non-marking tennis shoes (white soles)
- Swimsuit and towel
- Hat & sunscreen
- Warm clothes for the evening (pants and warm jacket should do)
RSVP for Cabin-folk:
If you want to stay in the cabins, consider yourself booked. We'll be sending out an email in the coming weeks requesting info from you (arrival/departure plans, meals, dietary restrictions, etc.). We want to plan this party properly, so please respond when you see the email.
Cabin Assignments:
We're handling all the booking logistics for the cabins, so please do not contact the owners of the Ranch. Once we get a final cabin count, we'll be sorting out cabin assignments for everyone. We´ll place people with their family members or friends, and hope you understand that this is the best way for us to handle lodging for a large group of people. We´ll try to let you know about cabin assignments before the wedding weekend so that you can coordinate with your cabin mates. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to email k2smith@gmail.com.
Cabin Accommodation Costs:
***New Info***
