FRIDAY, September 18th
Noon onward: arrival and check in at camp
4 pm: Rehearsal for wedding party
6 pm: BBQ gets started. We're having an ole' fashioned camp BBQ for our rehearsal dinner on Friday night (very casual dress)
Late night: drinks and dancing in/around the dining hall
SATURDAY, September 19th
8 - 9:30 am: Breakfast
12:30pm - 1:30 pm: Lunch
There will be lots of activities throughout the morning and afternoon, including:
-bird watching hike
-hip-hop dance class
-ladder golf tourney
-soccer match
-swimming, tennis, etc...
4 pm: Wedding ceremony
5 pm: Cocktail hour
6:30 pm: Dinner, Dancing, Merriment...
SUNDAY, September 20th
10 am - Noon: Brunch
Afternoon: Lots of fun stuff to do around the Ranch...please feel free to hang out with us at the Ranch until about 4pm.
